Per gli animali provvisti di corna, queste possono essere un enorme vantaggio come arma di difesa ma anche rivelarsi letali nel caso di circostanze sfavorevoli. Questi due giovani cervi stavano probabilmente ingaggiando un combattimento (per gioco o seriamente, chi può dirlo) quando le loro corna sono rimaste irrimediabilmente incastrate. Sarebbero rimasti vittima di qualche predatore se non fosse intervenuto quest’uomo che non senza fatica ha risolto… l’intricata questione.
